Not authorized to take my money

    I cacanled my account over a year ago. You charged my account with out my knowing and I didn’t even have a card on file for this.

    Which username account and site URL does this relate to?

    Unfortunately, you failed to provide any details. Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.

    Hi –

    There was an auto renewal processed for jp21photography.com. This domain was not canceled from your account until today.

    Because there’s now a payment dispute issued I won’t be able to process the refund until that is canceled. Please let me know once you have canceled that dispute with your bank and we will get the funds back to you. Otherwise, it will take much longer for the refund to process through the dispute.
