Not Authorized to View This Page [CFN #0004]
-
I was working on a self-hosted website and all of a sudden I am, unable to login to my wp-admin. The text shows Not Authorized to View This Page [CFN #0004]. The website is http://www.kaurlaw.com. What should I do to fix this?
NOTE: I can not even log in to my wp-admin or can not see the published website as well.
PLEASE HELP

Hi there! I hope I can help you. The error you are seeing suggests there could be an issue with your hosting, so I recommend contacting Register.com again to ask for more information about the error.
I just checked your website URL – the domain provider is bellcanadahosting.com – you can check this info by using a great resource – who.is
Unfortunately, volunteers or staff cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, can only assist with sites that are hosted on wordpress.com servers. I advise searching for an answer on the domain provider support blog. I found it here for you.
Cheers!

I just wanted to let you I can access the admin panel from another place that I was already logged into. Is there something that I should fix to prevent this error?

Hi there!
I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere; we can only assist with sites hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/.You can look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.
http://wordpress.org/support/ is also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.

At least I resolved something. It was a .htaccess issue. When I unplugged “Brute Force Login Protection” plugin, the website started working.
Ques 01: Should I delete that plugin and reinstall something else?
Now I am facing some other issues. What should I do?
Ques 02: My website wouldn’t stop loading, even if it loaded ages ago. What should I do?

Your hosting provider’s support team may also be able to assist.
