    although that i have updated the admin password i am not able to sign in . is this related to the website wordpress maintenance ?

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

    The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

    In this case, your hosting provider may be able to assist you since WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere.
