Not being able to login to wordpress due to Jetpack

I get this error not being able to login to wordpress. It says username isn’t the email, even though the login credentials worked yesterday. I didn’t install jetpack, but there is this notification saying ‘To use Single Sign-On, WordPress.com needs to be able to connect to your account on Welcome To Prestige Auto & Metal Recycling.’ I can’t even login so how can I fix this?

It sounds like you’re trying to connect a self-hosted site to your WordPress.com account is that correct? What’s the site address?
If the site is self-hosted (using the free WordPress software), before you connect it to your WordPress.com account, you’ll only be able to access it from WP admin and, since it’s not hosted on our servers, we can’t help you here.
