Not being notified of followers

  Hi, I have the notification ticked in my settings to be advised if someone subscribes to my blog, but so far I have 8 followers and have not had one notification. I started my blog 3 days ago. Have I missed something?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
