not being sent to my readers

  Beginning yesterday, my blog has not been sent to my readers and I do not know how to fix it or what I did for this to happen. Please help me. I am a senior somewhat technology ignorant so if you could give me simple steps I would appreciate it. My blog is http://www.airlandandsea.wordpress.com
