Not Blog-like Theme

Do you know any wordpress theme that it doesn´t looks like a blog? 1 or 2 columns type…
I need it for programming a professional web based on WordPress… Thank you so much.

Just a personal choice but I like MistyLook. It has one column and sidebar and also has navigation at the top. I’m using it now and that’s the closest I’ve found to a website design, particularly if you set a static page as your front page.
http://faq.wordpress.com/2007/02/20/having-a-static-page-at-the-front-of-the-blog/Contempt, Ambiru and Cutline all look quite professional as well. You could also look at the custom CSS upgrade to refine a theme, but it’s best if you have CSS experience first.
http://faq.wordpress.com/2007/10/18/about-the-custom-css-upgrade/One thing you could do is to set up a private test blog and use it to try out different themes; that way it wouldn’t impact your normal blog but you could keep going until you find one you like. Hope that helps.

I like Mistylook and Cutline. That are so professional… I think I must use one of those. But, anyone knows a theme where the main column fills all the space but the space of the sidebar? I don’t like the centered blog style.
P.D.:Thank you cjwriter

Links to your other pages are either going to be via top navigation buttons, or the pages widget, depending on the theme you choose.

/nod to TSP.
If you want a theme with flexible width so it fills the screen, you can look at them by going to Dashboard > Presentation and selecting flexible width in the “filter themes” drop down. Something like Garland or Andreas09 might be what you want.
