Not displaying header image

  Hi, I am creating a website and, I have downloaded a blank theme. I want to put an image in the top of the site that will appear at all pages so I wrote this code in the header.php file:
  <div><img src=”projekt/koka.gif” alt=”cabecera_Infoaces” width=”898″ height=”197″ border=”0″></div>.
  the folder named “projekt” is placed in the wordpress folder. When i click the home page the image dispalys but when i click to open the other pages it doesn’t appears, it shows only “cabecera_Infoaces”. Any idea? Please help
