not emailing subscribers on new posts

Help! I’m new to the blogging world, and my site has never emailed those who sign up to receive notifications about new posts. I’ve chatted with the i-page support team numerous times, but to no avail. the last chat ended this way:

t seems that the issue is with subscription page codes. Unfortunately, we do not provide support for fixing scripting issues. Please debug the script on your own or contact developer of the script regarding this and fix the issue.

I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, rockinbald.com is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/
