'Not enough space to upload'

  Trying to post a photo, I get the message, ‘Not enough space to upload.’ Does this mean I have reached my maximum space? How do I get past this so I can upload?

  All WordPress.com blogs come with 3 GB of space for uploaded files and images.

  WordPress.com Premium includes another 10 GB of extra storage, for a total of 13 GB.
  WordPress.com Business includes unlimited storage space.
