Not finding my account or website to put new reviews in. Where is the live support that I paid for?

  I have a WordPress website, I have to search for it, if your Happiness Engineers allow it. My Engineer husband and I tried for 3 hours to get onto my website, that I have owned for 5 years. It doesn’t show up unless I get inside of here, and search reviews by carolintallahassee, that is my real account, your self service support system now has me in a mess, with no sites, according to you, no content, no payment!? I would greatly appreciate talking to a human being, and if you want to charge me again, I will happily pay in order to speak with a human.

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that https://carolintallahassee.com/ is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @carolintallahassee84 login.

  I noticed that you gave two email addresses in this message you left, one of those is associated with this @carolintallahassee84 account. However the other appears to be associated with different account in our system.
