  i am unable to find plugin tab on my dashboard. Plz help me.

  Please take a look at this article which shows the differences between the different flavors of WordPress:

  If you need plugins, then you will need to find and pay for a host, and a domain registrar, plus move over to WordPress.ORG.

  Free hosting on wp.COM includes lots of widgets which might work for your purposes. What do you want the plugin to accomplish?
