  We would like to build a website for online registration for our golf tournament. What is the best way to set this up?

  It depends on how you envisioned this. You could purchase plan Business and use plugins so that people could sign up and create an account on your site, you could sell entry tickets, etc.

  On plan Premium you can opt for Simple Payments Block, that will allow you to charge participants via PayPal, here’s more information about that:

  With a free site, you can simply set up a contact form and then manually send payment links to the participants:
