Not found any email to set Gravtar

  i want to set my gravtat image so i am trying this link https://en.gravatar.com/ and after hitting sign in i am getting this ‘ We sent an email to (email visible only to moderators and staff) when you signed up for Gravatar. ‘ but i ahve no email on (email visible only to moderators and staff) from your side , so how could i set my gravatar image…… please help…….thanks.
