  Hi,

  I am busy moving my WordPress 2.7 blog from one server to another. I am testing it on a test URL. http://78.46.99.208/~signature.org/illustration-blog/

  It is connecting to the database. It does not seem to find the CSS and it gives the following error:

  “Not Found

  Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn’t here.”

  Any hint as to what this could be?
