  Hi,

  I recently made a personal plan purchase plan on wordpress and then upgraded it to premium, but I found neither plan includes the feature I need so I cancelled both of them. Yet, I only got partially refunded and basically lost nearly 100 dollars for nothing. Therefore, I would like all my paid amount to be refunded in full.

  These are the two receipts IDs: 22473537, 22473661
