Not generating revenue

    I placed wordads on my website two days ago .It now shows 11000 + ads served but sadly it doesn’t created any revenue it still shows nothing in revenue and cpm. The ads still showing wordads banners only !!

    Hi there,

    I assume you’re speaking of http://crickerala.com, not http://mollywoodreporter.com/, as crickerala is the only site you currently have active in WordAds.

    It takes a few days after WordAds is switched on on your site before advertisers start bidding on ad space on the site. During that time, and at any other time if no advertisers are bidding on traffic, we show in-house ads just to prevent the ad slots on the site from being blank. These in-house ads don’t generate any revenue.

    I checked your site and for me it did show WordAds ads rather than the in-house ones, so WordAds is working correctly on your site. But I also notice that the majority of traffic to your site is coming from Asia, so it’s possible that in general fewer advertisers will bid on ad space on your site, and those that do will likely bid much less than on traffic coming, for example, from the US.
