not get refund

  hello sir,i apply for refund ,7 day are gone but still i not get refund.my Receipt ID: 3373145
  PayPal ID: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX .what should i do?are u really refund.

  We have indeed sent a refund back to your banking institution for $99. It can take several days in order for some refunds to complete, so we can only recommend patience! You may want to contact your banking institution to see if there is any issue holding up the refund if several more days pass.
