Not get refund after 15 day

Hello sir ..I apply for refund on 7th march..after 15 days also I don’t get money..I check my debit card more than 20 times and also contac my bank ..they say they can do nothing..you say if I not get money today then contac you..so I humbel request to you that do something by which I can get help..and don’t give me silly answer..now anyway it is your responsibility to return back my money ..I want my write answer..should I get my money back or I should complain anywhere else..because I think you are not looking interested to give my money back..And it is looking not good for big site like wordpress..please

The refund of $99 left our account on March 7 when you placed the refund request. It was sent to the same credit card that you purchased the upgrade with.
I recommend contacting your credit card provider again. As the refund was sent from our account to your credit card provider, there is nothing we can do at this point.
