Not getting 2-step authentication code via SMS

  Hi all, I’m having trouble logging in to my blog: http://aheadofthenight.wordpress.com/ because I’m not receiving the 2-factor authentication code via SMS. I have tried many times over the past few days and there was no change.

  Is it a problem with my phone provider? I no longer have the original email with the verification key/URL and the backup codes but I would really appreciate any help to recover access to my account.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  @nekonome can you confirm the username of the account you are trying to access? You should already be able to use the site you’ve listed here.

  Hi, I tried logging in just now and the verification code reached me! I’m not sure what happened but I’m glad that I’m able to log in again. Thank you for the help!

  @aheadofthenight, if possible, install WordPress app on your mobile phone. When connected to the internet on your mobile, instead of SMS you’ll get a notification in the app and by clicking on it you’ll be able to confirm the login to your account. When not connected, you’ll get usual SMS.
