  I am from india. I try to complete annual business plan transaction for two times. but it could not complete.

  Hi there,

  I know we have many problems with the Bank of India blocking international purchases, including purchases on WordPress.com. I would contact your bank to confirm they are not blocking the payment, and if they are, ask them to allow this purchase to go through?
