Not getting comment emails and cant change the email.

    First off I set up my account through godaddy hosting so technically this is a free wordpress account. I dont know that that changes anything but I have seen a few things that lead me to believe it does.

    I have been getting comments on my posts and not getting email notifications for them. I went to check the email on the admin account and its a random secure server one that Im assuming godaddy used to encrypt the info however I cannot get the email verification to change my email address to actually come through.

    Anyone know how to fix this? Its actually costing me business and it seems I cant contact WordPress support direction which is frustrating.

    verdantlifeco.com isn’t connected to WordPress.com so I can’t help too much. I’ll try to get you pointed in the right direction, though.

    There’s 2 versions of WordPress. What happens here at WordPress.com is unrelated to using the open source WordPress installation (that’s what you are using on the above site).
