  I am not getting my confirmation email and want to upload my profile picture. I have checked my spam mail and other places.

  Also please note that your site is not using WordPress.org software which is hosted on another host.

  Hi @nedaok,

  have you made sure that you have typed your email address correctly at https://wordpress.com/me/account?

  If the address is correct and the email is not in Spam, it may have been filtered in some other way. I can verify your account manually but for that, we need to make sure that you are able to receive emails from us. If you confirm the address on your account is correct, I’ll send you an email.

  My email add is correct.. I am confirming it by responding to you. for some reason I am not getting the confimation email from wordpress. I want to add a profile picture to my page.
