Not Getting Confirmation email for Gravatar and Help is Not Available

  Hi, not sure what my options are here. I signed up for a gravatar account more than a week ago and did not receive the confirmation email. When I click support, the Gravatar help desk is not open (is it ever open? I check all the time!)

  My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff) which is forwarded to my gmail email.

  Can someone sort me out here? Nothing has shown up in my SPAM folder.
