Not getting Confirmation Email for specific email address for Gravatar

Hi. I have been trying to add an email address to my gravatar acct, but no confirmation email has been coming through. I’ve tried to do this several times and have not gotten any emails for confirming this email address. Please help!! Thank you!!

Oh no, sorry about that! I’m not sure why that happened but will investigate.
I checked our logs for the email address you’re trying to add and I can see we’ve tried to send out several confirmation emails but most of them are failing with this error message: “Connection timed out”. Can you check the mail server for that address? I can see one email did get through about 15 hours ago. Make sure you check the spam folder.

I have even now forwarded those emails to my email address and they aren’t coming through…

Ok, I’ve sent a test email to (email visible only to moderators and staff). Let me know if you get it. Are you getting other emails to this address?
I’ve also asked our systems team whether they know why the emails are not being delivered. I’ll keep you posted!

Hi Lee,
Just an update from our systems team: they don’t think any of the emails we’ve sent out have been delivered and that there’s something wrong with how your email has been configured. Try contacting Bluehost to see whether they can sort it out.

Thank you for all your help! I contacted BlueHost and it was on their end and they fixed the issue and every email came through from you all! I appreciate the hard work!
