Not getting confirmation email to publish post

  I haven’t been able to publish any posts, and all posts are saved as drafts. I have no idea why, but I do get this:

  In order to publish posts, please verify your email address by clicking the link in the confirmation email that we sent to [email address here]

  I click on the link but I haven’t received any email. I have checked my spam folder, as well as looked at my settings (under Discussion), and I should be receiving notifications to my email.
