Not getting confirmation email when trying to change primary email address

    I’ve tried several times to change the primary email address in the settings. It keeps tell me it will send a confirmation email but I never get it. I use Outlook but I’ve also tried logging directly into Network Solutions webmail and don’t see it there either. Why don’t I get the confirmation email?

    Are you checking the new email address because that is where you will receive the validation email from us?

    Also, if you are changing it to a Gmail address, WordPress.com emails are known to end up in your social tab if you have that enabled. I would also check your spam folder to see if the email ended up there. Either way, if you search for your domain in the general inbox search field, you should be to find the email we sent to you regardless of the folder or tab that it is in.
