Not getting e-mails when someone replies to a comment.
-
I raised an issue about getting emails when someone liked a comment on someone else’s blog and not getting them when someone replied to that comment.
Someone helpfully pointed me to this:
https://wordpress.com/me/notifications/comments
which appears to resolve both issues. It did, indeed shut off the flood of “someone liked…” e-mails. However, the switch to email when someone replies to a comment doesn’t seem to work. It was checked when I first went here, and I wasn’t getting the emails. Unchecking, saving, then rechecking and saving didn’t work.
NOTE: The standard options shown when one posts (notify of new comments and notify of new posts) are simply not going to work here, some of these threads get HUNDREDS of comments and each would result in an e-mail; I’d be buried once again and never find the email(s) that contain(s) notification of a reply (replies) to my comment.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi, since we’re already working on this issue in another thread, I’ll go ahead and close this one in lieu of https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/how-to-shut-off-e-mails-when-someone-likes-a-comment . Cheers :)
