Not getting email

  I’m not receiving the email. I’ve tried multiple emails and I still don’t get it. What should I do?

  Aloha jhgdtgb, Have you checked to make sure the email didn’t end up in your spam/junk mail folder? If you are using Gmail or Google Apps, here are some other things to check:

  If you still cannot find the email, you can add the modlook tag to this thread so a staff member can assist you.
