Not getting email telling me my newest post was published online

  I was getting an email sent to me from WordPress every time my newest post went online soon after I published -until today. I cant find any instructions how to retrieve that service. i published twice 12 hours ago today, they were published online – but i didn’t get the notice in my email. I really like to forward that specific email to the people I wrote about as a courtesy to let them know to go look and read since they may not have followed me yet. And it is a good way to get them hooked on following me. I even checked my spam and they were not sent there either. I recently changed my blog title to : Enumclaw Echo. I was really hoping the URL would change when i changed the name. (I have another one titled Glades County Reporter but don’t use it that much) but both have the same email address.

  Hi there,

  It looks like you may have inadvertently blocked WordPress.com from sending you emails. You can resolve this by navigating to the following page while logged into your WordPress.com site:

  https://wordpress.com/settings/notifications/

  Please make sure “Block all email updates from blogs you’re following on WordPress.com” is unchecked. You should start receiving email notifications of your new posts!

  I recently changed my blog title to : Enumclaw Echo. I was really hoping the URL would change when i changed the name.

  It looks like you have a custom domain on your blog of enumclawecho.com. That’s working correctly on my side. Are you referring to your admin address of enumclawartandculture.wordpress.com? If so, that can be changed following the instructions here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  However, it is only visible to you as a site admin, not your users!
