Not getting email to reset password

I manage support.robly.com and added a user, (email visible only to moderators and staff) – he got the long convoluted password generated by WordPress, then is asked to enter his email so he can receive a link to change his password. He has tried this twice and is not getting this email from you. Also you claim to have live chat but it’s nowhere to be found…where can I live chat with someone?

Your site support.robly.com seems to be Self Hosted WordPress site, to know the difference have a look here WordPress Com vs WordPress ORG
