Not getting emails for published posts

Since the beginning of October, the emails I should be getting whenever I publish a post have stopped coming
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

As far as I know, you don’t get emails for that. However, you can get emails whenever you change a post, page or draft. To check out where this is done, take a look at this article:

Also, there is also the settings for getting emails whenever somebody comments or likes any of your pages or posts. To change this, go to:
Settings > Discussion

I signed up to be notified by email in 2010 whenever a post is published on my blog and always got them until October (well, the last post I published in September and got an email about was on the 18th)
The emails used to come like this
Subject:
“New post on Seriously “Sensitive” to Pollution” …
From:
Seriously “Sensitive” to Pollution<(email visible only to moderators and staff)>I just checked my “Subscription Management” page and it is still set to “Immediate” Delivery Frequency on the management page for following blogs
I’m just not getting them anymore.

At the bottom of the page there is an option for “Block emails”. Is this unchecked?

Unchecked. All my other wordpress related emails are coming, only my own email subscription to my own new blog posts has stopped coming

The last post published on your site was Fragranced Products: Risk to People and Profits published on 24 October. Our logs show the email notification for that post was sent to your hotmail address at 21:50 UTC on 24 October.
According to our logs you were sent email notifications for all your posts published during October, and there are also several comment notification emails being sent from your site every day, so from our end everything is working.
If you are not receiving those emails the problem could be in your email account. Please make sure the emails are not going to spam and that they are not being filtered into a folder other than your inbox by your email provider.

I’ve looked everywhere, they aren’t in spam, or in another folder and I of course never blocked them.
The “from” address for new posts was “comment-reply” @ wp
From: Seriously “Sensitive” to Pollution

It’s odd that just the one isn’t coming through at all.
I’ll try to find their “help” department to see if they can figure it out. -
I’ve added comment-reply @ wp to my safe senders and lists lists, hopefully that will work

If possible, I’d suggest just adding all @wordpress.com addresses to your safe senders list, just to make sure if things were to change on our end you won’t miss any more emails that perhaps come from other addresses.

I was finally able to put up a new blog post (was too sick for a couple of months) and I didn’t get an email again.
The thread was closed so I couldn’t update there and the “contact us” page isn’t working for me either. It comes up almost blank.

I also didn’t get the annual email about our year in blogging. Did you send that out this year?

I was finally able to put up a new blog post (was too sick for a couple of months) and I didn’t get an email again.
The Fragrance Chemicals post? Our logs show that post was emailed to your address, along with several comment notification emails since. So from our end everything appears to be working. We’re also not getting any bounce-back errors or email marked as spam notifications from Hotmail, so if they’re not in your inbox the problem is on Hotmail’s end.
I also didn’t get the annual email about our year in blogging. Did you send that out this year?
We did not send out the Year in Review this year, as the team who does those have been working on other features. We’re looking at changing how the year in review works, and will hopefully have something new by next year. You can still see all the data at wordpress.com/stats if you look under the Year view.
