Not getting emails from blogs I have subscribed to

Beginning last Thursday I stopped getting new posts from the blogs I am following and requested email updates. I have no trouble getting emails from WordPress.com or from outside parties. The notifications are correct in my Reader.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Can you both please make sure that your correct email address is listed here: https://wordpress.com/settings/account/
Are you sure you have not blocked emails here? https://wordpress.com/settings/subs-delivery/
Uncheck the ‘block emails’ box at the bottom and update if you have.

If neither of those are at issue then type modlook into the sidebar of this thread for Staff help and provide some of the URLs for the sites which you have followed here https://wordpress.com/following/edit/ to help them isolate what’s causing this.
Then subscribe to this thread so you are notified when they respond.

How embarrassing – the block emails box was checked. I don’t know how I would have done that. Could you let me know so I don’t do it again? I’ve been using this account for over a year and still don’t know where to look when something goes wrong.
