Not getting ‘follow’ follow up e-mails

    I’ve been following CaliforniaKat for many years. Now…I’m not getting her e-mail alerts to new story chapters. I’ve gone to her site to ‘follow’ her again and the site says it will send me a confirmation e-mail. I never receive it and my e-mail address in my profile is correct. Other wordpress authors I’m following don’t have this difficulty–I’m still getting alerts from them.

    Hi there, When you go to your Reader>Followed Sites>Manage, do you see that site listed in your subscriptions? If so, click on the gear icon/Settings and make sure that “Email Me New Posts” is enabled.

    Check also your Notification settings https://wordpress.com/me/notifications/subscriptions that your settings there haven’t changed and that you are not blocking emails from WordPress.com
