Not getting form complete notifications to my email

    Hello! I added a form to my site a couple of days ago.
    I am not getting the email when someone completes that form.
    I did a test and did not get notice.
    Also members of my community have let me know they did
    sign up too, but I’ve gotten no notice of those form completions.
    All settings are ‘on’ and the correct email is noted.
    Please help!
