Not getting mail

    None of my various contact forms are sending me email anymore. They used to work and now they don’t. Both Constant Contact and other forms like Contact 7. None of my forms work, please help.

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We don’t make the plugins you mention, so have no control over how they work, nor do we have control over your site itself.

    You have the site connected to your WordPress.com account via the Jetpack plugin, but you’re not using Jetpack’s contact form, which is the only one we might have been able to help with.

    Please contact support for the contact form plugin(s) you’re using directly for help with this.
