Not getting MFA SMS

  i have wordpress account linked with woocomm, i am not able to get in because the SMS are not coming through. I dont have recovery codes. username is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Hi there, just to check – was this for logging in on WooCommerce.com, or for logging in on your website?

  it is just account like this one i have with email id (email visible only to moderators and staff) at wordpress.com. for that username is (email visible only to moderators and staff). woocom asked me month ago to link woocom account with a wordpress account. Now when i try to signin with my other account at wp using ithelpme@child.. i dont recieve mfa sms on my number ending 659, i dont have security code. Can you email a link to recover my account (email visible only to moderators and staff). not just reset password but easy account recovery to reset mfa as well.

  We have an account recovery team specific for WordPress.com as well, but I’m not positive how linked accounts work with WooCommerce, so I’d recommend reaching out to them first. Otherwise, try [email protected]
