Not getting my password reset link

  I’m using the wordpress CMS, kept the same server (Digital Ocean), but changed my domain name. I’m unable to log into the wp admin portal and every time i request a new password, i never get the email reset link. how do i get into my dashboard to reset my domain from the settings?
