Not getting notification of comments…

    For the past couple of days, I am not getting emails notifying me of new comments. I went into my settings and all seems fine.

    Anybody having the same problem?

    I have searched and searched for an answer to this. Using WP 2.8.6 with Doreo hosting. I have not been able to find an answer. I don’t know if this is a host problem (I don’t think it is because this never happened before) or a WP problem. Either way, I sure wish I could find and answer. I depend on notification.

    If you have discovered the fix please post it here or somewhere.

    1. Go to settings general and make sure you are checking the email address that is listed there.

    2. Make sure that the email notifications are not getting caught by the email spam filter at your email provider.

    3. Go to settings > discussion and make sure you have it set up to notify you when there is a comment posted.

    Also, the site linked to your username is not a wordpress.COM blog. Always give us a link to your blog when asking questions here in the forums.
