Not getting password reset for my blog

Hello!
Please I need help on my blog. I am not able to login, I have used reset password but I dont get any email, the email I used for this blog is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and the name of the blog is dammie.discovergist.com.
Please, I would really be grateful to get help with this.

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
