Not getting pingback

From my malefactor.com website I am not able to get pingback for WordPress daily or weekly prompts. Can you please let me know why?

Hm, I’m not entirely sure why that pingback didn’t work. However, I noticed that you added this pingback to an older post on your blog — do you also have trouble with those pingbacks when you add it to a new post you publish, or only with older posts? That might help me narrow down the issue for you.

Yes, it is happening from all my articles or including the newly published one. For this particular blog there is not pingback working.
Also Many of my friends complained that they can’t open my articles from their office where WordPress is not blocked only my articles are not shown.

Ah, thanks for explaining that! I didn’t realize that it affected all pingbacks from your site and not just pingbacks to The Daily Post.
This is because of your site’s Discussion Settings. The first setting there needs to be checked for pingbacks to work:
“Attempt to notify any blogs linked to from the article”
If that setting isn’t enabled, your blog won’t create pingbacks or trackbacks for blog posts you link to. You can change that by heading to your site’s Discussion Settings and checking the box next to that setting.
