Not getting the blogs I follow

  I’m not getting a lot of blogs I follow in my email anymore (or any, I think).
  It started with a couple dairly blogs not showing up in my email inbox, even though I haven’t changed the settings. I toggled the settings on and off, even unfollowed and re-followed one, but I’m still not getting my emails.
  But today, I found none of my daily blogs, nor one I receive weekly. Looking at my Reader, I see that they are still being written, but I’m not getting them and I don’t know why.
  All my “following” settings are set to go to email, my address hasn’t changed, I checked my email (hotmail), but nothing has changed their, either. Nothing’s in the blocked folder, or even the junk mail. What’s up?
