Not getting the service I expected! I want full refund

    How can I get a full refund after 30 days payment? I am definitely not getting the service I expected. The administrative part is definitely not intuitive and I am tired of wasting my time with this! I thought it WordPress was supposed to make the lives of professionals better and not worse. Please help! I am desperate!

    And of the three blogs I can find associated with your account, two are empty and one has two Posts back in July. Not much activity and one question in the forum about bilingual blogs

    Maybe there is a reason why my blog is still empty! I have also sent a few questions before I post something in the blog and I wonder why I haven’t received my reply yet. However when I put something on forum I get a very quick response. Incredible isn’t it? Now with regards how long I have had an account at WordPress without creating anything is also my business. I am very busy and work full time so it is really up to me to decide how long it is going to take for me to create it.

    I have a list of questions and I really need help. Shall I enlist them here? If I am going to get any saved response please don’t bother!

    When I go to my dashboard, in total I can see 7 blogs. Unfortunately by mistake I created a few more than I needed just to test the name. In other platforms I had worked previously, I was really easy and intuitive to create and delete the blogs. Such a shame you cannot say the same thing about WordPress.
    From those, I just need 2 of them. I tried to delete the ones I don’t need following the explanation found in
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
    I received the email and confirmed it. Then I received the message:
    Thank you for using WordPress.com, your site has been deleted. Happy trails to you until we meet again.

    However when I go to My blogs, the blog is still there. Could you explain why? What am I doing wrong?
    Another thing, when I try to delete another blog, I always visualize the same one. Can I only get rid of one of them?

    Yes, the forums are where questions should be posted for help. This is so that community and staff can come up with the best solutions, and so that those solutions are available later to people with similar problems.

    Could you post a list of the urls of blogs you want deleted? Staff will be able to clear that up for you.

    For other individual questions, please start a new thread for each in the appropriate forum, so your questions can be addressed one by one. Best of luck!

    I have created a blog which the premium subscription applies. I would like to change its domain. I have actually bought another domain so the current one and the other one belong to me. How can I do it? I got to a stage in which I thought I had changed it but now I can’t see either of them anymore. Can anyone provide me with the status of my blog?

    There is another one I would like to delete, but I am a bit cautious because I do not know which one has my new domain and my premium subscription. Just for the record, the ones I want to KEEP are:

    The one with my new domain “internationally.co” and the one with my premium subscription unreportedones.wordpress.com
