Hello there,
the instructions found below are for setting up the homepage:
https://wordpress.com/theme/seedlet#homepage-contentIt appears that you have selected the option to have your latest posts displayed on your homepage.
To change that head to:
“Design -> Customize” and then choose ‘Homepage Settings”Hope this helps!

I’m getting three columns on my site…even though the theme customizer shows two. Where can the three columns be changed back to two? It’s not in the customizer. Thanks!

Hi there @parishadvancement
What is the URL of your website or what is the name of your account on the WordPress.com platform?
Cheers!

Hi there @parishadvancement

It seems that there are two columns appearing on the homepage over at https://parishadvancement.wordpress.com/ (the URL parishadvancement.com redirects to)
On which page are you seeing three instead?
Cheers!

Oh my goodness – I’m so sorry – just realized I gave you the wrong site! That one’s right.
The three-across site is at edu-cat-ion.blog
Thanks again!!

Your site has the Independent Publisher 2 theme applied. What makes that a two-column theme is being able to display widgets in the sidebar widget area. If there are no widgets in the sidebar widget area, then that theme becomes a single-column theme.
-
The site https://parishadvancement.wordpress.com/ has the retired Dyad theme applied, and https://edu-cat-ion.blog/ has Dyad 2. The number of columns displayed on either of these themes is dependent upon the width of the screen of the device used to view the site.
Both on them are two columns wide on my old 1280 x 1024 resolution desktop screen. However, they would each be three columns wide on a more modern 24″ (1920 x 1200, or 1920 x 1080) desktop screen. On small devices such as mobile phones they’d each display in a single column.
-
Thanks! That would make sense, since when using the customized, the menu column on the left would shorten the screen width.
Thank you!
