not getting verification code

    Usually I get SMS for logging in. But for the past one month or so, I do not get any SMS – even when I request for it. I have to use my backup codes only. I just want to know if there is a change of policy. If so, I won’t wait for the SMS anymore. So please let me know if it is a change of policy or a glitch. Thank you.

    Hi there,

    Nothing has changed on our end, and we’ve been sending you SMS codes every time you log in, including twice yesterday.

    But the SMSs are bouncing back as undelivered, which means your mobile provider is not accepting them. Where are you located, and who is your mobile provider? Then we can see if there’s anything we can do from our end.

    I would recommend you switch to using an authenticator app instead, though. That way the codes are generated directly on your phone, and won’t depend on having mobile signal to receive codes.
