I have asked for a human being for two weeks!
Either I hear from a Happiness Engineer by 9 am on May 20th, or I will file a lawsuit with the FL Attorney General. It is impossible to control my
paid for Pro site!

So, you must have more than one account here. You would have received a receipt for the purchase under the email address attached to the correct account, so try this:
1. Log out of WordPress.com at https://wordpress.com/me
2. Log back in under the email address to which the receipt was sent.
3. If you do not recall the password for the correct account, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
