Not getting your email with link to confirmation

    I want to transfer my blog and have been trying for 2 months, and I’m really mad. I’m not getting your emails with the confirmation codes that I need, and you have my correct address. Please call me at 848 207 0001 or email me ASAP at (email visible only to moderators and staff) please. . This is ridiculous.

    Hi!

    I’m really sorry you’re having trouble with receiving the domain transfer code. We don’t currently offer support over the phone, but I’m happy to help you work this out through the forum thread here.

    It doesn’t look like you’ve verified your email address with ICANN yet. You’ll need to do this before continuing with the transfer. I resent the confirmation email to you. It should arrive at your me.com email. Can you take a look and see if you’ve received it?
