Not giving real support but ‘public forums’ is bullshit.

    Hi there,

    I see that you deleted your account, but in case you want to respond under a different account: You were unable to see the option to refund as well as contact live chat because you were not under the account connected to the upgrade that was purchased. You were routed to the forums because the account (that you have now deleted) is a free account. When under other account with your paid plan, you have several more options:

    Contact WordPress.com Support

    I checked your actual account with the upgrade and see that you were able to process the refund. Great! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
