Hi there,
Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.
Please contact your hosting provider directly for help with this – SSL is managed on their end, so they should be able to help.
Another option would be to contact support for the specific plugin you’re using instead.
You can find general support for your version of WordPress here:

Hi,
Thanks for responding. I have tried logging in on the WordPress.org that you suggested however, it doesn’t recognise any of my login details or username. I don’t believe that I used that version then? also since I am logged in on this version? I have tried contacting the plugin too but I am very confused at the minute! -

It definitely is what that site is using. If it helps, WordPress is free code. You can run your own copy with a host like tsohost.co.uk. You can add plugins and outside code to customize it however you’d like.
Or you can use our service, which provides hosting, management of the code, security, and support. It’s possible to have a login here and have your own login there.
Since you have your own copy, site management is up to you, but your host may be willing to help too. These articles may help:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/changing-the-site-url/
https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/If not the host may be able to help you restore a backup.
If you need more help, the correct forums for your own copy of WordPress are at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ (though you may need to set up an account on that site, too).
Or you’d be welcome to move your site to our service once you’ve regained access. You’ll likely need the business plan if you need outside plugins. You can read more here:
