Not happy.

    Wordpress has taken a direct debit out of my account. I bought a site last year. Had no end of trouble setting it up. Quite upsetting. Now it tells me I don’t have a site. I posted articles up on my site. Then got disheartened because of the trouble I had. Now when I go in to manage purchases it says I don’t have a site. Yet a direct debit has come out if my account for $78.05 AUD.. not happy.

    Hi @carolyn37m, sorry for the trouble. I’m sure you have a site here, but it must be under another account. We can help with a refund if the charge was recent.

    Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to cancel the plan and what not. Here’s how you can recover access if needed:
